NFA ACTION: Treesdale Partners LLC

The NFA issued a Complaint against Treesdale, a commodity pool operator located in New York, New York. The Complaint alleged that Treesdale failed to timely file the annual financial report for its pool, in violation of NFA Compliance Rule 2-13. Treesdale submitted an Offer to the Panel in which, without admitting or denying the allegations in the present case, it agreed to pay a fine of $15,000 to NFA within 30 days of the effective date of a Decision accepting its Offer. The Offer is expressly contingent upon there being no findings contained in the Decision.
