CFTC Law values its users’ privacy. All data collected (either via self-submission or harvest via cookies and other tracking devices) will never be traded, distributed or sold to third parties.

CFTC Law does not knowingly collect data on children under 13. No one under 13 is permitted to submit their email address to our newsletter or otherwise submit personal information. If we discover that we have collected personal information from anyone under 13, we will delete that information.
