CFTC to Hold Open Meeting on Dodd-Frank Act

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. in its Washington, D.C. headquarters to consider the issuance of proposed rulemakings under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act on the following topics:

  • Parts 1, 5, 7, 15, 30, 36, 37, 41 and 155 conforming amendments, and
  • Swap data recordkeeping and reporting requirements for pre-enactment and transition swaps.
