CFTC to host meeting on Dodd-Frank Act

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. to consider the issuance of proposed rulemakings under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The topics will include margin requirements for uncleared swaps for swap dealers, as well as amendments to 17 CFR Parts 1, 5, 7, 8, 15, 18, 21, 36, 41, 140, 145, 155, and 166 resulting from the Dodd-Frank Act. The Meeting will be open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis in the CFTC’s national headquarters.
