Today, NFA released its latest Board Update video. This video covers important topics from NFA’s February meeting, including NFA’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee elections, the approval of a new compliance rule regarding Members’ digital asset commodity activities and updates from NFA staff. The video also covers CFTC Commissioner Kristin Johnson’s visit to NFA preceding the meeting. NFA’s quarterly Board Update videos are a way for Members to stay abreast of regulatory obligations and other initiatives.
