NFA’s Board has approved minor amendments to Compliance Rule 2-38(b) to clarify that FCMs, SDs, and FDMs2 are not required to maintain a physical location as either their primary or back-up data site but, rather, a Member may determine a cloud-based data site is more appropriate based on the size and complexity of the Member’s business and its resources.
